Monaco defies geographic constraints. It is that great idealised mirage in the distance of everyone's mind. Not least because I don't actually know where it is. I think maybe Europe? Or South America? Or Africa, maybe? Possibly near Russia - or that may be Moscow. Anyway. Thus, being as it is at once nowhere and everywhere, one can reach the great mythical countrycity land of Monaco from anywhere. QED.
